Welcome to Ranjita Collection. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size received

  • Defective or damaged product received

  • Product significantly different from the item ordered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free from stains, perfume, odors, or damage caused by the customer

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible

Ranjita Collection reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Products used or worn by the customer

  • Products without original tags

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Exchange requests made after the allowed exchange period

4. Size Exchange

If a different size is available, customers may request a size exchange within the exchange period.

Customers may be responsible for applicable delivery charges associated with size exchanges unless the error was made by Ranjita Collection.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Package photos

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or provide an appropriate solution.

6. Return Policy

At this time, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Returns may only be accepted in exceptional cases approved by Ranjita Collection.

7. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

8. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake was made by Ranjita Collection, we will bear the exchange shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is requested due to customer preference (such as selecting a different size), shipping charges may apply.

9. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding eligible refunds.

10. Policy Changes

Ranjita Collection reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
